Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your package is dropped off with the shipping carrier, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If any issues arise during transit, please reach out directly to the shipping provider.
We do offer international shipping to Canada and Australia, but please note that international delivery times may be significantly longer depending on your location and customs processing times.
EU Customers:
At this time, we are unable to fulfill orders to the European Union. We appreciate your understanding and hope to offer shipping to the EU in the future.
Returns
All candle sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.
Please note that the shipping process can occasionally be rough on handmade items like candles. Minor cosmetic damage may occur during transit, but your candle will still burn beautifully and effectively. We do not offer replacements for damaged candles.
Since we ship with USPS Priority Mail, your package includes insurance for up to $100. If your order total is within that amount, it is your responsibility to file a claim with your local postal service for reimbursement.
For orders over $100:
If your item arrives damaged, you must email a clear photo of the damaged product in its original packaging within 24 hours of delivery. If this is received within that window, you may be eligible for a refund of the damaged goods (shipping not included). If we do not receive the photo and email within 24 hours, no refund will be issued.
